Rachel’s background in military medical care ensures you are in good hands. Her dedication to clients well-being is at the heart of every service on offer, aiming to empower them to feel their best. As a certified NHS Phlebotomist, she is trained and qualified in taking blood. Rachel is also certified to provide guidance on and administer vitamin IVs and injections, supporting customers in improving their well-being through tailored nutritional support. Beyond Rachel's professional expertise, she embraces a holistic approach to wellness—focusing on functional fitness, nutritionally dense foods, and an active lifestyle.
